How To Lose Weight Without Depriving Yourself From Eating Your Favorite Food


How many of us feel guilty after we eat? I’m sure a lot. Feeling guilty after eating is pointless. Once food is already in the stomach, digestion process is already on its second step because the very first step in digestion begins at the mouth.
There so many methods of losing weight such as low fat diet, low calorie diet, diet pills and exercise program. But do you know that those methods if taken excessively and not properly could lead more to an uncontrollable weight and obesity? It is due to the fact that when you withhold yourself from eating what you really like is called deprivation and that increases more your craving.
The key to keeping yourself fit is through mind reconditioning. In simple words, you train your mind to eat in moderation because anything that is taken small is less, and anything that is taken big is more.
Here are simple ways of Losing Weight without sacrificing your favorite foods or taking pills.
1.       Drink water before you eat.  By the time the food is in front of you, you are already quite full.
2.       Do not eat heavy meals. Small frequent meals are advisable. In lay man’s term. Graze!
3.       Yes, allow yourself to eat your favorite food BUT, Remember:  Eating a lot will make you   FAT FATT FATT FATTT.  That should serve as an echoe to your ears.
4.       Weigh yourself every other day. Any decrease in pound is a very good indication that you are doing well and you have a great SELF CONTROL.
5.       Do a lot of stretching and dancing in your own room. Believe it or not it enhances your self confidence. And it makes you motivated and happy the rest of the day.
6.       Look at yourself in the mirror. Don’t forget to praise yourself, especially what you think as the best part of your body. Nobody would love yourself more except YOU which give you the sound capability to love others.
