Breath in Breath Out

As we go through the different stages in our life, we experience problems that overwhelm us.
I compiled these worries based on personal experiences.  Worries never run out as long as we live.  That is why we need personal strength and support from others in order to conquer them.
It is inevitable that we are going to face situations that are beyond our control. Breathing and relaxation are the best ways to calm the nerves.

1.       Babies cry when they are hungry
2.       Toddlers throw tantrums when they do not get what they want
3.       Preschool children are prone to accidents
4.       School aged children are preoccupied with play and are lazy when it comes to doing their   homework
5.       High school students are in a hurry to becoming adults
6.       College students worry about passing their subjects
7.       Young adults are worried about getting a job and getting a life partner
8.       Middle aged adults are worried about raising their family
9.       Elderly are worried about their children and being alone.
