Miso Soup Recipe


I’m in love with Miso soup. I made it simple and easy to make based from the ingredients that I am familiar with. Though this doesn't have the residue of the tofu or the dashi granules but it's perfectly fine with me. Most of the ingredients can be found even in a non-Asian store. For me, this soup has a calming effect. It is nice to sip a hot liquid once in a while to sooth your stomach. This is best when you are on a diet, when you are sick, or when the weather is cold.


Ingredients:

1 Knorr Chicken cube
Nori
Chives
Tofu
Salt
Water

Direction:

In a pot, boil water then add tofu, Nori, chicken cube, chives, and salt to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
