Chicken Curry




Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts (cut into pieces)
Curry powder
½ can of coconut milk
Onion
Garlic
Chives
Cilantro (optiona)
Salt and pepper

Directions:

1. In a pan, place chicken. Add coconut milk, onion, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
2. Once the chicken is tender, add the curry powder, chives, and cilantro. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Serve and enjoy.
