Healthy Orzo
Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk
Looks like rice but it's actually pasta! |
3 cups water
Garlic powder
2 Chicken cubes
1 Orzo pasta
Bell pepper (chopped)
Onion (chopped)
1 big Tomato (chopped)
Cilantro (chopped)
Chives (chopped)
Carrots (chopped)
Pork chop (cut into small pieces)
garlic (chopped)
Soy sauce
Vinegar
1 tsp oil
Salt and pepper

Directions:
In a pan, boil pasta adding chicken cubes, milk, water,garlic powder, salt and
pepper to taste. Stir continuously until pasta is al dente. Add bell pepper then simmer
for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add tomatoes, cilantro, chives, and carrots.
In a pan, boil chopped pork chops, add vinegar, soy sauce,
garlic and tsp of oil. Remove from heat when meat is tender.
In a bowl, mix pasta and meat. Add grated cheese on top.
Serve
while it’s hot.
