Zara's Carbonara



I’ve been cooking this recipe for almost 8 years. I used to cook this way back home every weekend. This is one of those dishes that I make wherein the older it gets when you store it in the fridge the tasty it becomes.


Ingredients:

Broccoli
2 cloves of garlic
2 Italian sausage (skin removed)
1 can mushroom
Salt and pepper
Nestle cream
Onion leaves
Spaghetti

Directions:

1.       Boil pasta until al dente.
2.       In a pan, sauté sausage, add chopped garlic and mushroom. Fry for 10 minutes.
3.       Add cream, broccoli, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 3 minutes.
4.       Remove from pan. Garnish with onion leaves.
